We would like to share with you some tips when it comes to preparing for examinations.
1. Organize your study space
2. Use flow charts and diagrams
3. Practise past years papers
4. Try explaining the concepts to others for e.g. parents, siblings or peers
5. Take regular breaks for e.g. every 1 hour of study, take 10 minutes break.
6. Keep your body and brain well-fuelled by choosing nutritious foods that have been proven to aid concentration and memory, such as fish, nuts, seeds, yogurt and blueberries.
7. Drink plenty of water
8. Plan your exam day
